From her student years, this co-founder of Manitek has maintained a strong interest ineconomics. She graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, specializing in finance and accounting. With two decades of experience in accounting, taxation, financial management, controlling, IT system implementation for financial departments, and process mapping, she has developed a range of valuable skills. These include managerial expertise, analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and strong IT proficiency. Unsurprisingly, she has a passion for ensuring that not only the figures, but also the processes, are well organized.

She graduated from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava and has gained experience over five years in accounting and taxation. Her standout qualities include a high level of understanding and a constant willingness to provide quick and qualified answers to expert questions. Additionally, she excels in managing stressful situations and works in an efficient and effective manner.

Since her student years at Masaryk University in Brno, Martina has been active in accounting, finance, purchasing management, internal law, and human resources for 16 years. She is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail when working with figures. Martina possesses a deep understanding of accounting, taxation, and business from the perspectives of an internal accountant, financial manager, and business expert, as well as from that of an external consultant. Her extensive experience allows her to effectively identify and address customer needs. She prefers automation to enhance efficiency and persistently seeks the root cause of issues, driving progress forward.

Zuzana is the backbone of our back-office and IT operations. She is an expert in Microsoft 365, Power BI administration, and M-Files document management. Her primary role is to provide support for the IFS ERP system. Zuzana has been passionate about informatics since her student years at the University of Economics in Bratislava. With over seven years of experience, she has been assisting users in IT, software implementation, and back-office functions. Thanks to her proactive approach, she efficiently manages all tasks with speed, precision, and effectiveness.

Lenka enhances our team with her punctual and efficient work, always accompanied by a warm smile. After graduating from business school, she joined our company with a clear goal: to become an accountant. She manages both accounting tasks and back-office operations with grace. Lenka has a keen eye for detail when working with documents, along with a healthy curiosity and a strong desire to acquire new expertise.
